It’s time to start planning your holiday gifting ideas, that is if you’re like me and are notoriously last minute. My mom is one of those people who will buy Christmas gifts in July if she sees something that she knows someone will like. I have always admired her thoughtfulness, and aspire to give meaningful presents to the important people in my life. From co-workers to friends to family members to my special someone, the list can get long quick!
I have partnered with Ganong, Canada’s premier chocolatier to assist in this year’s gift giving! This brand is renowned for bringing delicious chocolates and sweets to Canadians since 1873. Isn’t that crazy! What I am most excited about is that all of their products are gluten-free! I know I am not gifting myself, but isn’t it off-brand if I gift gluten-based products? Just kidding! I love their Chicken Bones (think cinnamon hearts with chocolate), Fruitfull (yummy gummies made with real fruit puree), and the Chocolatier collection (an artisanal collection of hand-crafted chocolates).
I am getting together with a group of my closest girlfriends for a holiday soiree. Rather than just gifting a box of goodies, I am creating customized mason jars filled to the rim with treats, adorned with pretty ribbon and a personalized note! I didn’t think arts and crafts was my forte but it was so much fun putting these together! Hope my friends like them!
If you’re looking to do the same, most of Ganong’s products can be found in Sobey’s, Longo’s, Walmart, Shopper’s Drug Mart and Pharmasave.
